Gregg Boalch is a recognized leader, guide, and mentor within the Australian digital community. Gregg has led strategic technology-enabled change for both business and Government (all three levels) clients in Australia and the UK, in verticals including health, finance, media, national retail, publishing, tourism, energy & resources, environment, education, and community services/NFP. Gregg was a Senior Adjunct Fellow with the Graduate School of Business at Curtin University, lecturing and researching Information Systems and Health Record Systems, and he delivered Masters programs in e-Commerce throughout SE Asia. He created, grew, and subsequently sold a sustainable, multi-award-winning business in food and wine tourism. He has also been a Board member of a number of WA and Victorian NFP organizations, including roles as President, vice-Chair, and Finance Director. Kim Vergottini is the Founder and CEO of SMART-LE, a Virtual Reality simulation platform dedicated to improving nursing/medical education through the development of cutting edge technologies such as Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, and AI driven Natural Language Processing. After a long career as an experienced Registered Nurse in a variety of clinical areas such as Med/Surg Acute Care, Cardiothoracic ICU, and PACU at the highly rated Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland Ohio (USA), Kim eventually moved to Abu Dhabi, where she served as part of the inaugural staff that opened Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (UAE). There she took on the role of managing the hospital wide role of onboarding, assessment, orientation, and upskilling of newly recruited international nurses from a variety of countries. These experiences have given her a wide breath and depth of knowledge about the educational levels and experiences of nurses across the world and the needs of the future of nursing, especially as it pertains to nursing education on a global level. Once she recognized that nursing needs to make a huge shift in the way we teach nurses, Kim left her full time job to pursue learning and developing virtual and augmented reality for nurses and medical professional. Kim eventually started her own company, SMART-LE (Simulated Medical Ar/vR Technologies and Learning Environments). Kim has always been a visionary and creative thinker looking at what is possible and never the impossible for technology and the future of nursing. David Wearne considers himself a generalist. He completed his schooling as a cadet officer in the merchant marine, and as the result of his association with his family and their technology businesses. Later he founded an import/export company and has been involved with many and varied business and social enterprises. It was his love of yacht racing that led to a chance encounter in Sydney in the 1990’s, and a subsequent role as a ‘trouble-shooter’ to investigate into matters pertaining to the Australian ‘safe syringe program’. Over time, David became a Harm Reduction specialist. He then went on to develop the first commercial implementation of a Harm Reduction Program with the founding of Caretech. David is the inventor of the SIP System

I work in applied research at the national and international level on public health issues and publications of relevant articles. Coordinate Public Health and Environmental Health Training Programs at national and international levels. Design training and university programs in public health, health statistics, and epidemiology, and health management through innovative methodologies. Lead and coordinates the implementation of EU-supported projects.
