Detective Zigan is currently assigned to the Crime Scene Investigations Section at the Roswell Police Department in Georgia, and is also the department’s latent fingerprint examiner. He has been a certified peace officer in the State of Georgia for 16 years and is a graduate of the National Forensic Academy. Detective Zigan acts as a latent fingerprint verifier, instructor, and consultant for multiple agencies as well. He has been trained in Bloodstain Pattern Analysis, Advanced Shooting Incident Reconstruction, along with other disciplines within crime scene investigations. Detective Zigan is also an adjunct instructor at the National Forensic Academy in Oak Ridge, TN where he gives presentations and instructs on fingerprint processing. He was a part of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force for a number of years as well as a Crimes Against Persons detective where he investigated major crimes from minor assaults to homicides. He is a member of the Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences (CSFS), IAI (International Association for Identification), the ICSIA (International Crime Scene Investigators Association), the ACSR (Association for Crime Scene Reconstruction), IABPA (International Association for Bloodstain Pattern Analysts), IAI (International Association of Interviewers), the APA (American Polygraph Association) the GPA (Georgia Polygraph Association), and the NPA (National Polygraph Association).

He received Doctorate in Criminal Sciences - entitled "The legislative and security confrontation of the crimes of electronic signature" a comparative study "- with a very good overall grade with exchange - dated 2012 - from Police Academy. Manage Analysis and Reporting of Poisoning cases, Produce Reports in time, Give evidence in court, Adoption of new innovative techniques of analysis according to specific cases. Performed Research work in many cases. President of Internal Complaint committee of Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act against sexual harassment of women at workplace, 2013. Has wide experience of analytical and administrative work as DDO, Building construction of new building, Development of new Laboratory and Toxicology Division at Ajmer, Attend conferences, sending papers in conferences, taking invited lectures. Working experience of 22 years as Forensic Scientist cum Toxicologist from 1998 and have experience of analyses of large number of cases. approx. 20,000 cases and 60000 exhibits are reported.
Mrs. Vinny Sharma is an Assistant Professor, Forensic Science Division at Galgotias University, India. She is also Python – Certified, LaTeX – Certified, Ph.D. – Pursuing. She is specialized and has expertise in Finger-Prints, Questioned Documents, Handwriting & Signature Examination, Instrumentation: Chemical and Biological, Forensic Photography, Digitization of Fingerprints, e-documents, Online Character Recognition, Python, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. She was also a visiting faculty at prestigious institutes and universities in India. Along with this she has also provided her useful service as Expert Evidence in different Court of Laws, India.
She has published more than 50 research papers in National and International journals/ magazines/ newspapers. She has also been invited as speaker, guest speaker and keynote speaker in various national and international conferences and webinars.
