Prof Colonel Rostislav Stefanov Kostadinov is Organizing and leading the educational process for Medical University of Plovdiv and Medical College of Plovdiv students. Delivering lectures, leading seminars and the students examine. Monitoring, organizing, and facilitating the International relations and Project activities of the Public Health Faculty academic staff. Organizing and leading Ph.D. and resident programs on Disaster Medicine and Disaster Medical Support at the Medical University of Plovdiv Planning, organizing, and managing courses for improvement of the population skills for healthy behavior in case of disasters and catastrophes. Leading and managing courses for disaster medical support (for medical professionals) and advance medical training for search and rescue team members.

Prof. Ezra Lockhart is a professor at Yorkville University in Canada and has 19 years of experience in mental health and addiction counseling across the continuum of care in the USA. He studied, in the USA, with University of Alaska and Northcentral University and University of Sydney in Australia. He is a Master Addiction Counselor (MAC); board member for AAPA, the Alaska chapter of NAADAC; and Minority Fellowship Mentor for NBCC. Since 2002, Prof. Lockhart has been a professional supervisor, an adult trainer since 2015, and the inaugural program manager for Colorado Crisis Services (part of the 988 Lifeline Suicide Prevention hotline). He specializes in clinical supervision and case conceptualization of autism spectrum disorders, attention-deficient hyperactive disorder, substance use disorders, process addiction, and risk/suicidality. He is licensed in multiple US states with an active practice having completed over 14,000 full risk/suicide assessments and presents both nationally and internationally on his process addiction research on Internet gaming disorder.

David G. Vequist IV, Ph.D. the founder and Director of the Center for Medical Tourism Research (www.medicaltourismresearch.org) - the premier academic Medical Tourism research institute. Dr. David G. Vequist IV is also a Full Professor and tenured faculty of Management in the H-E-B School of Business & Administration at the University of the Incarnate Word (3rd largest private university in state of Texas, USA). In his previous career, Dr. Vequist was an executive at the Methodist Healthcare System, a multi-billion dollar healthcare provider (also a joint venture with HCA- the largest hospital system in the U.S.). Before that, Dr. Vequist was a consultant for Ernst & Young, LLP working with Fortune 500 companies. He is also an entrepreneur that sold a training business to Bloomberg. Professor Vequist has been a featured keynote at many conferences, worked with companies/governments/NGOs (such as the UN), and been featured in the media (e.g., the New York Times, Reuters, CNN, Washington Post, Forbes, NPR, and many more). He received his Ph.D. and Masters from the University of Tulsa and his B.S. from Northern Arizona University. Dr. Vequist is a well-known speaker, presenter, and futurist on subjects such as medical tourism, training, and human resources and the author of many articles, books and chapters

Prof. Swapna Chaudhuri is an alumnus of University of Calcutta. Presently she is an Emeritus Medical Scientist at Chittaranjan National Cancer Institute,Calcutta, India.She had joined School of Tropical Medicine in 2008 as Professor. Her research area is the fields of Cancer Immunology and Immunotherapy, Respiratory and Infectious Immunology and Immunotherapy, Cryptoccocal Immunology and Immunotherapy and Haematopoitic Stem cell Immunology and Immunotherapy.Taught at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels. Published seventy five papers in high impact factor journals and also reviews, monograms, book chapters, commentaries. Has won many Academic laurels and Fellowships, affiliated to twelve Academic Societies, Editorial Committee member of many National and International journals, Reviewer of fifty six high impact factor journals, Principal Investigator of twenty one projects, Supervised 21 PhD, MD and DM students.
